Using stationary bulk machine matters needing attention:
1, after the installation, should check whether the electric hoist operate normally, the brake motor and spacing device is reliable.
2 during operation, the equipment should be regularly check whether the spacing device is reliable, in order to ensure safety.
3, deceleration motor repair and maintenance can be found in the instruction manual.
4, regularly check the wear condition of wire rope and grease, when wear to use limit (according to the wire scrap standard) should be replaced in a timely manner.
5, should be banned under stationary bulk machine access, after, lest cause personal casualty accident happens.
6, stationary bulk machine maintenance, shut off the engine power can confirm and thank you for your cooperation.
